Ticking Door

INTRODUCTIONS

I understand that blogs normally progress backwards with the most recent post being at the top, but I have decided to turn everything upside-down. This seems more than appropriate considering the events that have transpired over the past year.

My name is Dr. Bruce Dormer and I currently teach quantum physics and algorithm computation at the University of Colorado. But that position may soon be lost to me. I have no delusions about the foolishness of my most recent “hobbies.”

Despite the scandal and hearsay, let it be known—at least to anyone who bothers to read yet another blog—that I am of sound mind and I fully understand that my claims might be interpreted as the rantings of a certifiable lunatic.

This blog is a genuine, if sporadic, collection of information that will serve as a record—at least for my own purposes.

CREDENTIALS

In addition to my twelve years as a university instructor, I spent three years working with Dr. Hadley and Dr. Rill in Iceland in applied physics. I published an article entitled “Interpretive Maladies of the Boson-Higgs Particle” in the February 2010 issue of Physics Quarterly. That is to say—I am not a man who is prone to delve into the “paranormal.” But one thing anyone learns when delving into quantum physics is this—one must be prepared to redefine “normal.”

THE SHALLOWS OF TIME REVISITING THE CONCEPT OF HISTORICAL DOCUMENTATION

Every time the sun sets, the historical record of mankind has grown one day longer. Every year that passes stuffs our history books with a new chapter. This unstoppable progression of time makes history more and more impossible to explore. It is like a house that grows a new room every day. The searcher is reduced to skimming each room. Any thorough analysis would mean neglecting the other rooms. (This analogy is appropriate for at least one more unnerving reason to be addressed later.)

To veer off into another analogy, history is an ocean of information and each second that passes, another drop falls into the vast waves. Historians are incapable (due to the tyranny of time itself) of effectively studying or understanding anything but certain eras. A scholar must skim the lesser depths of the whole stretch of history or dive deep into one limited area of this vast sea.

This means that as time goes by, less is known. Since we are unable to map out every single event that transpires, there are more nooks and crannies (so to speak) in which unusual or even absurd things might seclude themselves. What we might consider to be myths or urban legends, could simply be aspects of this existence that have learned to be sly and secretive, using the shadows of our knowledge to their advantage.

Even as we become more sophisticated, we know less of this world that we live in. It is not inconceivable that significant things have escaped our notice.

INTERDIMENSIONAL OVERLAP

Concerning the assumption of multiple dimensions, I hold to the finite element approach. This includes a solution algorithm and a mesh selection algorithm.

This allows for the r-method, also known as the moving mesh method. Based on the framework for adaptive meshes in connection with the Hamilton-Schoen-Yau theory, the prime ideal involves a harmonic parameter between alpha physical space through an iteration procedure.

Numerical integration falters in the presence of a crucial shift, something Dvinsky called a mesh-redistribution or an “interdimensional overlap.”

THE QUIM

There is a symbol that is essential to my investigation. One of the first men to document the symbol—Captain Gunther Trill—labeled it “the quim” for unknown reasons.

In 1927, Captain Trill of the ship “Notorious,” discovered the symbol etched on the wall of a subterranean chamber on a nameless island off the coast of Norway.

Over the past several months, I have learned that the quim has been found on every continent. I personally discovered it carved into the marble base of an obscure sculpture in a forgotten museum in Quebec. I also located one in Denver.

I am convinced that the quim is a symbol used to mark points of interdimensional overlap. Who placed them is a mystery.
